Built into the former copper and lumber store used to repair the ships back in the 1780’s, this charming boutique property forms an integral part of Antigua’s colonial history. There are just 14 guest studios and suites, with each named after one of Nelson’s ships, with all opening out onto a flower filled courtyard. Every effort has been made to maintain the historic character of the building, with guest accommodations featuring original brick walls and wooden beams and furnishings such as mock gas lamps and four poster beds. Copper and Lumber Store Hotel is home to a beautiful restaurant which opens out onto the dockside overlooking some of the world’s most expensive yachts.
