All cottages at Yepton Estate offer facilities such as air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV with cable channels, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, gas barbecue and a blender.

Superior One Bedroom Cottage	The largest of the accommodations at Yepton Estate, the superior one-bedroom cottage boasts a large patio complete with BBQ, table and chairs and a hammock. Inside there is a small, fully equipped kitchenette, living area with sofa bed and dining space, a spacious bedroom with king-size bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
One Bedroom Cottage	Relax on the terrace with its BBQ, table and chairs and obligatory hammock whilst inside the air-conditioned cottage offers a bedroom, bathroom and living room complete with sofa bed.
Studio Cottage	Suitable for a maximum of two guests, the studio cottages are compact yet offer everything needed for the perfect stay with a small kitchenette/living area to one side and a king size bed to the other as well as a separate bathroom.
