Reggae SumFest Jamaica
SumFest is a week-long festival based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Its aim is to showcase Jamaica’s culture and heritage through music. Expect a mix of local performers alongside some incredible headliners from around the world. The event has been running for 28 years and has become so popular that even those that are unable to attend in person watch the streamed performances. With millions tuning in all around the world to embrace this epic event. SumFest is now said to be one of the largest viewed festivals in the world, but nothing beats the atmosphere of being a part of such a massive occasion.

What To Expect At Reggae SumFest
Expect to be blown away! The Festival kicks off with an enormous beach party with music genres including reggae, ska, dancehall and hip hop everyone attending really gets their money’s worth and has the feeling of a full V.I.P experience, with beach bunnies serving the drinks and the ability to rent your very own Cabana for the party. Reggae SumFest is one of a kind event with so much to offer both to the local people of Jamaica but also to those visiting. An eruption of culture and happiness throughout the country, with a whole week designated to music, dance and culture.
The Events
Monday: Be a part of an extraordinary street dance event, showing dance performances.
Tuesday: Dress up in your best white attire for the festivals all-white party held at the waterfront.
Wednesday: You can join in on the glamorous all-black blitz party, at the opposite of the scale from the antics of the night before. Live music and world-class DJ’s make this a real night to remember.
Thursday: This i the night before the festival main events and this is when the global soundclash takes place. A mix of music and DJ’s from all across the world from Japan to Germany.
Friday and Saturday: These are Reggae SumFest main event nights, and this is when it all comes together and the top headliners from all across the world take their places on centre stage. You will never be short of things to do, with music filling the Bay from every angle, an arrangement of food from around the globe everywhere you look and workshops and inter-event classes taking place.
